I wanted to post this here since we get more posters than the hpv forum does.

have you had your gardasil shot series? ( 3 shots )

if you have, along with voting, do you mind posting that you did ( or that you are the process of getting them ) , your gender as well as what age you started them at.

if you haven't gotten your gardasil shots - do you mind answering the poll as well as responding why you didn't as well as your gender?

never heard of gardasil? check out their website - http://www.gardasil.com/index.html    you can even get email reminders for the shots when you start the series if you sign up for them!

Protect yourself against the 2 types of hpv most associated with oral cancers caused by hpv as well as from cervical , testicular and anal cancer.  it also protects against the 2 most common causes of genital warts too. why have to bother with getting warts removed from the genital area if you can prevent them?

1 out of every 3 of us has had genital hpv whether we were aware of it or not - 3 simple shots if you are under the age of 26 can protect you significantly against 4 types of hpv :)
