genital pus and cysts

I have been experiencing gential (genital) cysts for several years now. I'm not quite sure what it is though. I have them about 1-2 of them at a time and they are quite painful. They are filled with white pus and when i pop it, a lot of pus comes out. It goes away after a few weeks, but reappears often, and often in approximately the same place. Do i have HIV/AIDS?
