Is there anything I can purchase at my local drug or health store for treatment of what I think could possibly be genital warts?

No, not really.  There are no data on the efficacy of any over-the-counter treatments for genital warts.  Equally important, you need a professional diagnosis; maybe what you have isn't warts at all.  Please see your health care provider; if you don't have a regular doctor, call your local health department and ask about the STD clinic or other public health clinic.

Good luck--  HHH, MD
