genital warts like cuts?

are genital warts like cuts? I'm worried about some cuts I have in my penis, is like little dots, can someone tell me if this are genital warts? or how are them?

Genital warts wouldn't be cuts, though herpes can be.

Warts are like hard bumps, or little cauliflower like things.

You should get this checked by a doc.

i was with a guy who had three bumps clustered together on the base of his penis...he assured me they wasn't anything, but here lately i've had a heavy dark colored discharge and on one spot it burns when i urinate. coulde these be symptoms of herpes or warts
