an allergic reaction can last a total of up to 2 months depending how serious. usually people allergic to latex do not have long term reactions, it seems that you just have mild irritation, try to stay away from the latex condoms if possible. your irritation will probably be gone in a day or 2

this has been going on for 1 week. Could it be an allergic reaction if it lasts that long

this could just be an allergic reaction to the type of condom you used, if symptoms go away and then come back you could consult a doctor as i am not 1 but i dont think you have anything serious to worry about if you were being protected
