gonorrhea question

How long after being infected with gonorrhea of the mouth can it show up in tests from a Dr?
And are there any obvious signs to look 4 (apart from having a just sore throat)

Sorry for the confusion.  I suggested the HIV prevention forum for the HIV questions.  Then you were told to come back and ask the STD questions.

When you came back, it would have been helpful for you to post in one of your other threads, but no matter.  I'm glad you are getting the answers you need.

You probably wouldn't even get a sore throat, and you can test at a week post exposure.

You have a couple of threads going now, and its really helpful for those of us who answer to have all the history in one place.  Lets keep all your questions to this thread, ok?

To respond to a thread, just scroll down to the big white box under "post comment", type your response in the box, then click the green "post comment" just under it.
