gonorrhea without knowing for 17 years??

I recently gave oral sex to my boyfriend and he is now complaining of painful urination.  I had been faithful in a marriage for 17 years prior to this and hadn't even had sex with my husband for the last 4 years.  Could I have some STD in my mouth that I could have given my boyfriend?

Thank you so much for the info.  I have been out of the "game" for so long, it's hard to know what is going on sometimes...

No, gonorrhea would not last for 17 years or even 4 years. His issue is not going to be gonorrhea. NGU is a possibility which can be caused by common bacteria in the mouth that gets into the uretha that starts an infection, but without discharge I doubt that is an issue.
