gonorrhea

Is it possible for a woman that has been sleeping with only one man test positive for gonorrhea and the man test negative when their having unprotected sex during the time of exposure???

Chance is you had a false positive or he had a false negative. If you have not been treated yet you can retest to know for sure. If you have started the medication then you will not know if you had a false positive or he got it from someone else.

but if the guy is the only i have been having sex with for the past 2 years and i was teted in january and had nothing then was tested in march and had it but his test was negative

Yes. Should could have a false positive or had it from a prior sexual experience. STD's are not passed just because you have unprotected sex. Chances are that it is passed over time but it could take 1 time or 100 times.
