green yellow discharge- neg for STDS

I've had this discharge for about 6 months, I get tested and everything comes out negative. I dont know if they are just checking for common STDs or what. it's a morning green yellow discharge mable like 2 drops worth, then throught out the day still comes out, pretty thick discharge. it doesnt irratate me or anything. I was given 10 days of 500 mg Cipro last month, it went away 3 days later with that but then came back few days later after finishing the treatment. Could it be Trich? Any ideas or what it could be ? or higher level tests ?
