hair follicles / lumps underside of penis

HI there, Ive had this tormenting me literally since i was 16,  at 16 i had about 2 or 3 raised lumps appear on the underside of my penis,  at the time i was not sexually active...  by 18  many more had appeared to a point of 55-60 little lumps ( ranging from 1mm to 3mm across) all under side of my penis,  at 24 now its clear that some of the lumps have hairs growing fromt them, but  some have a white core in them, they can be come inflamed somedays and seem settles others... ive also seen a doctoer about them and he said they are hair follicles, but im not happy with the diagnosis,  they look very close to images of genital warts, no more ever appear now and i never get itchyness at all... i can attach a image if needs be,

could you shed some light on it for me?? is there anything i can use to help as in treatments or cleanisng products??

many thanks

I wouldn't treat it until you know for sure what it is.

And yes, you really do need to go back to your doctor.  :)

It sounds like folliculitis to me, too.  Have you been back to your doctor about this?
