Hello Dr

This is me fahad from K.S.A . I need your help because I will loss my mind . 2 years and 5 months I cant know what is the problem . I visit al doctors her but they cant help me and they don’t understand about infection disease .
  My problem :
Before 2 years and 5 months from now I have sex with dirty girl once time without condom . after that about 2 days I feel pain in my kidney . I went to the doctor but he wasn’t specialist he was a general doctor and he write 2 kind of treatment 1 of them was ( Togamycine )  I teak it after that about 3 days I feel my health is not ok I  was very very sick then I stay at my bed along 15 days then I went to another hospital and I ask the doctor about HIV and I still tired then he did 2 kind of test
1- Eliza 2- P24 antigen and I wait 2 weeks for result and it come back both : negative
After that I have  gonorrhea and I have pain in prostate after that about 2 weeks I have rash on my legs on hair after that about week I have strong pain in all my body  muscles and that pain still with me along 1 year then I went to the doctor and I asked him to do another HIV test and that test was after 1 month and 20 days back negative
Then I did in the first 3 months around 25 hiv test all where negative after 4 months I did PCR RNA was negative … I did 56 hiv test along 1 year and 7 months
51 hiv Eliza : negative
4 p24 antigen : negative
3 time PCR RNA < 50
I did other test for another disease like :
CMV ( Citomygalo virus ) igm : non reactive . igg : 454
HSV 2 igm : non reactive . igg : 12
Hepatitis : igm + igg : non reactive
Chlamydia : igm : 13 . igg : negative
Gonorrhea : non reactive
Blood culture : non reactive
Semen culture : staphylococcus cogulase positive

Then I used Cibrobay  along 2 weeks then I test again for Chlamydia and staph
And there is no staph in semen but Chlamydia igm : 18
Until now I have pain in prostate and I change the treatment to Zithromicen for Chlamydia but when I test after the treatment that not affect on Chlamydia and I test again for CMV and the result back igg : 840

Now I am married and my wife suffers After the session Monthly



Now  hiv is negative along 1 year and 7 months but I am still  tired until now I fell some thing moving in my body and I have anus itch I have semen adhesive and you know that will affect on Pregnancy of my wife

Pls help me what can I do ? what is your advice ? we dont have infection dr in my contry

thank you for your answer . i did test for all infection  disease like :
1- hiv around 61 test Including  PCR RNA AND P24 ANTIGEN ALL WHERE NEGATIVE
2- syphilis by RPR 3 TIME = NON REACTIVE
3- HSV IGG+IGM 3 TIME = IGG =18
4- CMV IGG+IGM 3 TIME = IGG = 840
5- HCV = NON REACTIVE
6- HBV =NON REACTIVE
7- CHLAMYDIA IGG+IGM ( IGM = 18)
8-  Gonorrhea = NON REACTIVE
9- BLOOD CULTURE  = NON REACTIVE
10- SEMEN CULTURE = staphylococcus cogulase positive

i forget one point in my question : i was used hand sex along 7 years every day along 3 hours when i *** i stop .  Mea by that Mead problem for prostate ?

now i finesed 2 years and 6 months still have rash on legs and body . prostate pain . i eat around a kilo of antibiotic but no thing is change i will los my mind ?!

did you take the  blood test for syphilis??? Syphilis is very danger bacteria if you dont treat early its will  destroy every organ in your body. I suggest that you do blood test for syphilis which is call RPR. Hope that help. I am praise to you when I go to temple. Take care buddy.
