Male usually did not show any fungal symptoms. I would recommend turning to doctor for help.
For the moment taking yogurt (buy the one with Life and Active Culture) can be good to treat fungal infection.
Yogurt has life bacteria that can help compete territory with yeast. Yeast are weak against bacteria.
