help please? much feed back as possible

Around that week of 8/8/14 I had a few encounters with some csw one said she just started the other seemed like she does it a few times.. the last one I visited she seemed lit up with meth.. all three I used condoms with and all three gave me oral sex w no condom.. the last one that seemed to be lit the condom broke when I was having anal sex I notice right away took off the condom and washed it off w soap and water.. im pretty sure the tip was still covered so after I washed off I put another one on and finished w vaginal sex.. 1st question what std could I have got from that? 2nd question could I have contracted hiv from theses acts?             3 ive tested before theses acts negative for hiv I also did a finger prick rapid test on Thursday negative 8-28-14 and a blood test the week before neg.. I did notice some itching on my shaft no sores, blisters, or pimples.. Idk if its my anxiety or depression thats making me feel bad..  no diarrhea, no night sweats, i did just wake up with a sore throat today.. they test my hemoglibin and iron .. it was low. Hemoglibin 10.9/started taking iron went up to 11.9 my iron was 26 i heard it suppose to be between 56/72 So just wondering if the reason why I feel tired is cause my low iron..

"1) will it turn positive at day 90?" No. Although 3 months is official, 6-8 weeks is conclusive for all practical purpses.

"2) should i take a rna test?" No. That test is for picking up early infection, before 2 weeks. At this point it adds nothing except increased cost.

"3) how long does rash stay on the body and what does it look like?" It doesn't matter. Your negative test proves that any symptoms you have, rash or anything else, cannot be due to HIV.

"4) thank you for your time." You're welcome. Now it's time for you to move on without worry. No more questions, please.

I know what you mean. It sucks to hear about your uncle, it really does. And the mind can make you feel sick, I couldn't eat for a week after my experience. I was forcing myself for an hour to eat 1 egg for breakfast!! 1 hour!! So after the week I just tried distracting myself, I feel much better. I have a feeling you are going to test negative. Even totally unprotected, I guess there's still the chance of no transmitting...but always WEAR a condom! Just to be sure. Relax, take the test after a month and post your results on here. God bless.

But I read your exposure I think and I know for a fact you in the clear.. yeah I pray all the time.. not just cause what happened but just cause everyone needs prayer.. it might just be in my head they say your mind can make you sick.. I think its true. . My uncle died years back cause of hiv and ever since then I think it will happen to me.. I know it's a bad way to think.. I think its a obsession you would think out of all the stuff I read and know about I would believe it and be fine but no the mind ***** with ya.

I know, I'm feeling the same way. You have no idea how often I pray. I don't mean to try and convert anyone to any religion but I had to say the sinners prayer because I regret the one and only time I did this. God has been here all my life, I hope he can forgive me this one time. You might want to pray a bit, I'm sure he'll listen.

It is nerve wrecking at times just worrying about it.

My doc said no sexual contact for one month, he told me I can get blood tests now (one week mark) for peace of mind. And then again test at the one month mark because of antibodies and how long they take...etc. he said nothing about a follow up or 3 month test. All he said was a month, so maybe what you heard is correct. I feel your anxiety, I have tons of regret. And my encounter is described as "totally protected sex".

It sounds like you're doing good so far. They say 3 month mark is the most reliable test you can take or after that mark, but ask your doc what he thinks.

Even without a condom, oral sex is low risk for all STDs and zero risk for some, including HIV. All in all, your STD risk was low from these events. Anyway, it seems you are in a doctor's or clinic's care, given the various blood tests you report. Seems to me you should just rely on your doctor or clinic -- make sure they have the full story of your exposures and concerns, then follow their advice about risk assessment, testing, etc.

Ooh, that sounds like a tough one to help with diagnosis over a keyboard. Especially since I'm not a doc. Dude to dude, I'd have to tell you to see a doc. The meth description makes the story sketchy, especially with anal. Sorry bro. It could be nothing though!
