i am 20 years old male. my problem is that since one year the skin of the head of my penis is slightly torn. i haven't done sex ever. i just masturbate. sometimes the skin gets alright. bu after bath again the skin gets wrinkles and the skin gets slightly torn. can it be cos of masturbate. i am really worried. can you suggest something? also is it possible that this problems gets fixed without seeing a doctor. I mean I am bit nervous to go to a doctor.

This is an STD forum and you obviously dont have an STD. You can post this on the dermatology forum for more advice. But dont be scared to go to the doctor, they see this stuff all the time.
