help

Iv been having sex with my girlfriend for the past 5 months and my foreskin got pulled back and I got a lot of little cuts after heling I got little bumps where the cut wer I dont know if they r scars can anyone help

This just sounds like you didn't use enough lube before having sex leading to you getting these cuts. Have you had any kind of STD testing recently? I'd recommend showing these bumps to the doctor for proper evaluation but doesn't sound STD related.
