I have this sores on both sides of my thighs a few inches away from my vagina, just after my pubic hair. This is the second time i'm noticing them, the first time was when I was on my period, now I can feel them again. They only hurt when i walk or when my thighs are dry and last for about three days and then go. What could be the cause?

Probably skin irritation. But you can see a Dr for proper diagnosis.
