herpes and hiv

dear doctor ,

i am  a 30 year old guy , living in dubai from last 1 year . yesterday evening i had gone to a prostitute / massage girl .

the things which i did with her :

1. no anal / no oral / no vaginal .

2. protected hand job using condom.

3. she sucked my nipples for total 20 minutes , i donot have a cut on  my nipples .

4. i touched her vagina outside  over her panty , i did not finger her . , i touched her anal also but not inside outside not inside the hole . i had a small non bleeding cut on my finger which is not bleeding even after pressing very hard.

5. i kissed very lightly on her lips many times .

6. she kissed on m y entire body.

do you think , i can get herpes / hiv like this . i have a  very contradictory information from one site which says herpes1 can spread by nipple sucking , which she did in my case and that too for 20 miunutes . pleas help do ihave any chance even th eremotest to get hiv / herpes like this . i am geeting married next mont h, iwill stop my marriage and get tested first.

i donot see any major cuts on her body

The additonal information you provide still does not change my opinion.  This was still a no risk exposure.  EWH

doctor , thanks for your reply .

just one small queston and i will end this matter,

1. this chinese massage girl scratched my cheek with her nail . it was a very small cut but it was fresh and it might have bled . what are my  chances to get hiv if she have some vaginal fluid or blood on her finger , bcoz i remember she was touching har vagina .with the same hand / finger . or this is no issue bcoz there may be very less fluid to cause aids / hiv infection .

regarding cold sores i checked her outer lips but did not find any sores with my naked eye . i did not know about her inner lips .

she masturabated me twice with two different condoms .

There is no risk of STD or HIV from any of the exposures you report.  While theoretically herpes might be transmitted in the way you describe, the fact of the matter is that unless she had cold sores which you saw while you were with her, there is no risk of transmission.  It has not been seen or described.  As for other STDs, again, there really is no risk at all from the exposures you describe.

You have nothing to wory about and do not need testing of any sort.  EWH
