herpes std or anxiety

Hello everyone after 1 month protected encounter with a prostitue,I still have a mild pain in my left testicals and some light joint pain with mild penis itching I have got my self tested for hiv which non reactive and hsg whose reports are
hsv 1 igg 0.01st
hsv 1 igm o.16
hsv 2 igg 0.02
hsv 2 igm o.27
as these are strongly negative then through which problem I am suffering please tell.My physician gaves me kit of flucanazole azithromycin  1 gm as stat dose but my problem still persists . Please help

Hi room sorry for late reply atlast from last 4 days no major problem all the things subsided but a little itching is there otherwise perfect

We can only suggest but if your concerned see a doctor. Testicle pain could be a number of things but it dosent seem std related as your penis was covered.

Hi, if your penis was covered then no bacteria could enter to cause testicle pain. Maybe you injured it during the act itself.
This is not a symptom of herpes
