herpes/warts concern, please help

Before I say anything I want to thank you for all the support you give to everyone, you are truly a blessing and it is appreciated...Here is my concern, I had a brief oral exposure almost a month ago, on my penis I notice several bumps, they do not hurt nor do they contain fluid. Im not sure if they were previously there as I didnt examin myself so closely until after this exosure, however I do know they havent changed over the past week or two. I went to a clinic and the clinician told me most likely it was hair follicles.  The only problem I see with this is that they dont have hair coming out of them? could what im seeing be genital herpes or would there be pain/discompfort asscoiated with that. Additionaly, the bumps are much more prominent during an erection or when the skin is pulled taught. I am so scared about the possibility that these bumps are not follicles but herpes or warts instead. I know you cant diagnose over the internet, but please give me your opinion. Thank you again.

As you say, from a verbal description I can't say anything reliable in comparison with someone who has examined you.  However, herpes is unlikely; the lesions would have progressed, changed, or resolved within 2 weeks.  I can't comment on the differential between warts vs molluscum contagiosum vs hair follicles vs skin tags, or something else.  I suggest you return to the clinic, or get another opinion; if you haven't been to your local health department STD clinic, that would be a good bet for an expert opinion.  Or a dermatologist.

Thanks for the kind words.  Sorry I can't help more.
