You might feel gonorrhea and chlamydia within a few weeks, but many don't get symptoms. You might see a syphilis chancre within a few weeks to about 6 weeks, give or take, HPV might not show for years, HIV wouldn't show for years, and herpes might show up in a few days, but might not for several months or ever.

You can test for gonorrhea, chlamydia and NGU/NSU at a week.
Syphilis is 6 weeks, HIV is 3 months, and herpes is 4. Many people will test positive much sooner than those time frames, but it can take that long.
