how to stop masterbate
i m dinesh and i 17 years old. last yaer i came to know what is masterbate and now i can't stop myself from it.. i want to know that will there be any problems in future and how to stop it..

There is nothing wrong with masturbation infact its a very good way to learn and come in touch with your body and sexuality.
I discovered it when i was 13 and i ve been masturbating ever since. At first i was masturbating like champion 2-3 times a day ext.... its only logical if you just found out about it.
now i am 23 and i masturbate occasionally, maybe 1 time a day or every 2 days....
