hpv-genital wart

hi, I noticed four or five tiny white or yellow wart-like spots on the inner side of foreskin. they are so tiny that I have to observe them with strong light.
I tried to crash them by pressing and scraping but no changes. I am not able to know status of their surface as they are too small, and I do not know when they came up.
My questions are:
1.how fast normally does a wart of hpv grow big?
2.do they sound like warts of hpv?
3.I received protected oral sex with a sexworker, how is the possibility that I get hpv?

please be patient. this is an all volunteer forum :)

you need to be seen and get a proper exam done. we'd be guessing as to what these are. odds are if you have to work that hard to see them, it's nothing worrisome.
