i am hypertensive

i had a brief affair with a widow of 5 years . i had done sex with her only once. no blow job. with condom.
my problem is that i touch her vaginal fluid. i take out my finger tore the wrapper of condom with that hand . put on condom. during putting on i touch the inside of the condom and put on. i am becoming hypertensive and anxious if she is carring a hiv then?. tell me i am expose to the hiv situation.
i dont know she is hiv negative or positive. i didnot touch naked penis to her vagina.
