Ok here it is i dont know how else to put it so im going to just put it,, I am gay by the way,, i have had sex recently and i found that i have a lil like bump on the outside of by butthole,, its not a normal like bump its more like those little hanging things the over-wieght poeple get under their arms,, but this hurts all the tyme,, i dont know what it is and i know most STD's,,, i would really like you to help me out i am really gettin scared and cant get myself to go in just yet to check it out,, if you can email the reply to me at ***@**** or i will check this as much as i can ,, but i had a really hard tyme gettin in here thnk you

You don't say whether you're a woman or a man; if a man, whether your sexual exposure innvolved your anus and rectum.  Your symptom sounds like it could be a hemorrhoid (a swollen blood vessel in the anus).  But nobody can tell just by your description.  You need to see an STD-knowledgeable health care provider, such as your local health department STD clinic.

Sorry for that,,, I am a guy and its from anal sex.. I was told by many that it might be hemroids but i want to be sure about it and I guess i have to go to the doctor to find that out for sure seein it is hard for anyone to tell online
