i dont know if its and std

ive been noticing that ive been gettin soft lumps on my groin area underneath the skin that are not attached to the skin. Sometimes the dissapear and then reappear on either side. sometimes i get a lump underneath my arm pit.These lumps can be popped through the skin and sometime may burn they usally pop with something white coming out then follows with blood. These lumps really dont itch or anything and they really dont hurt but i just want to know what they are im really concerned and scared... PLEASE HELP!!!!!

They aren't caused by an std.  Beyond that, I can't begin to guess what it is, and wouldn't, since its beyond my realm.

You really need to see your doctor about this.
