i have no idea what this could be HELP

hello

the last time i had sex was about 3 months ago, it was protected minus the when the girl gave me oral sex witch was unprotected

i had sex with this girl in the past, i noticed a nasty odor from her

anyways about a week later i noticed abdominal pain...im a very active individual so i passed it off for an abdominal injury

about 2 weeks ago i noticed a raised white bump on the head of my penis..painless
other symptoms appeared like burning pee, i have had back pain for a long time so i would not attribute that to this necessarily

i got scans done because they suspected a hernia the abdominal pain is localized on my lower right side
the scans showed my lymph nodes were inflamed the doctor said its not cancer and it is likely an STD
he gave me 1 week of DOXYCYCLINE as i await for test results

i ran out of the antibiotics..they helped alot but the problem in my abdomen remains

i suspected herpes or syphilis but i have seen photos and my penis does not look like that
my lymph nodes are not visually swollen, i could not do things like play soccer or even run without feeling pain
after i do such things the pain is immense and i feel it in my leg as well

i guess i would have seen some sort of crazy outbreak if it was herpes, with painful blisters
i thought it was syphilis but the chancre(spelling?) is nto present its more of a white raised bump small and not very noticable

please any advice or help will be appreciated

i think you may be right actually, but it might be a bladder infection

i would not expect that to cause inflammation in my lymph nodes and even then i did take a week of antibiotics

It could possibly be a urinary tract infection, my friend suffered abdominal pain and painful urrination and was diagnosed with a UTI

well i got the tests back and i tested negative for everything

i did not get the herpes test, i was going to today, but the doctor said not to bother because if it was herpes the antibiotics would have had no effect

he gave me 2 weeks of DOX and referred me to a urologist

im now more confused than before

You will have to wait for your test results. Some symptoms sound like a STD others do not.
