i know it shouldn't matter when it comes to my health

I'm kind of worried because i started dating a new girl and have been getting unusual symptoms. we had sex and a few weeks later i started getting burning urination. not only that but this horibly itchy rash. i got that checked out and they gave me anti fungle cream and no problem but the burning urination never went away. not only that but the tip of my penis gets very red and recently i've noticed little tiny red spots on the inside. i'm a college student on a limited budget where can i get this checked out and not have to get a second job just so i can eat?
