This will be your last answer. In my opinion you do not need to worry about HSV-1 or HSV-2. If you get q\a culture or a specific IgG blood test you will be tested for both viruses. HSV-2 is the most common cause of genital herpes but overall it is less common than HSV-1.
Having HSV-1 does reduce a persons risk for getting HSV-2
As I said, there will be no further answers. EWH
i also understand that i might have already been exposed to hsv1 does having hsv1 give significant protection against hsv2?
thanks doctor i feel a lot better, ima see if can get tested for herpes, judging on my acount would you feel i have anything to worry about hsv1 or hsv2, hsv2 is more rare correct?. and i understand that most people have hsv1. would hsv2 be rare for me. thanks
What you describe are not STDs but likely normal penile stuctures. Herpes would not last for two months and warts are not purple or under the skin. I urge you not to worry about them. EWH
also they dont hurt? and honestly no discomfert just odd maybe ive had em but recently noticed em???
i noticed one of these bumps 2 months ago, but didnt pay much atention to it the other too next to it i didnt really notice them until now also if it has genital herpes 2 months is preety long for an outbreak? hpv maybe???

It is not clear the you have had a cold sore. "White stuff" does not come out of cold sores. On the other hand, with GFs who have had cold sores and a family with cold sores, you probably have HSV-1 already and don't know it. If your GF has had cold sores and you have cold sores, yo uhave nothing to worry about.
My advice (again):
1. Get a blood test to find out if you have HSV-1. You probably do. If you have HSV-1 and your GF does as well (these would be her cold sores), then you cannot give her your infection.

sorry for my spelling doctor what i meant to say was, 2 months ago i gave unprotected oral to my current girlfreind. she told me that when she was 9 or 10 she had 1 out break of cold sores in her mouth. before my current girl 3 or 4 years ago my first girl freind of 2 years had a cold sore and i kissed her. my dad and aunt who live with me have had a cold sores as far back as i can remember except for my mom who a week ago had her first cold sore could i have given it to her?. i havent really slept around that much 3 partners since 03 all i have given oral to. this is my first feverblister which im not all that concerned with since my family has coldsores. the real concern as i said is of me giving it to my girlfreind which i wanna have family with. since exposure 2 months ago to her she has had no outbreaks, yet as i have said she has had a previous oral outbreak when she was a kid. should i be concerned about these i have had a full std check except for herpes and ive been negative.
might i say on my top lip i also have oral fordyce spots, could my feverblister be one of these spots? also i popped this supossed feverblister and white stuff came out, do oralfordycespots have white stuff?,but the main worry is my girl sir please give me your advise sir should i move one about this or should i worry? thank you.
when i gave oral to the othe 3 previos girl they had no out breaks that i coul see. thanks
When your write without punctuation your message becomes hard to follow. I think you have said that you have a fever blister/cols sore. You don't say if it is your first one or not nor do you say how long it has been present. You also mention that you have given oral sex to several girls in the past two months. I presume that means that you have also kissed them as well; this is relevant to where you got your cold sore from. Thus, to rephrase your questions.
1. You are wondering if you can give this to your girl friend through oral sex? The answer is yes but it is unlikely if you did not have a cold sore when you performed oral sex on her. It is less likely to occur if there is not a lesion there than if there is not.
2. Could it be HSV-2 rather than HSV-1. Again, yes but it is unlikely. Oral HSV-2 is a very, very rare cause of cold sores.
Finally a couple of additional comments. If this is your first cold sore there are two things you should do. First of all, make sure it is a cold sore and not something else. If this is the first occasion and it it has only been present a day or two, you should go get it cultured. Alternatively if you have had these before, you could have a herpes blood test with a good gG-based, type specific antibody test.
Also, if this is your first cold sore, you should figure out who you got if form. That your current GF had cold sores some time ago suggest you got it from her. If you got it from her, yo cannot give it back to her, even at another site. EWH
