i need to know !! very important

threeweeks ago i had a oral sex with a sexual worker i been with her on tuesday, on thursday i have full sex with a woman i was dating for years ,but were separated in some time, by friday i noticed some green spots on mi undershirt, i have sex on saturday with the same woman i been in thursday by sunday i had a discharge on my pennis and next day i went to the doctor and the diagnosis was gonorrea. the question is if i get it from the oraal sex with a stranger or full sex with my ex.

You probably got it from oral with the sex worker and gave it to your ex. You need to let her know, as untreated gonorrhea can cause a whole lot of problems, and I'm sure you are not wanting that for her.
