i will like to know if i have std's

HI STARTING 3 WEEKS AGO   I FELT A SMALL LIL PAIN IN MY PINIS TIP AREA , THE PAIN WAS REALLY SMALL , A WEEK AFTER THAT I WENT TO THE BATHROOM TO URINATE I FELT  THIS  REALLY BAD PAIN IN MY PINIS , IT KINDA FEEL LIKE I HAVE A BLACK HEAD IN MY URIN TRACKS OR SOMETHING ,AND IT FEELS LIKE I HAVE A FEVER , MY NOSE RUNNING , GOT A HEAD ACE ,


IS THIS STD , DO I HAVE SOMETHING?

Painful urination is called dysuria and usually means an infection.  But you don't provide enough information to know what infecttions are most likely--e.g. about risk of STD, for example new partner, high-risk partners, etc; and whether you have sex with men, women, or both.  Chlamydia, gonorrhea, herpes or a bacterial urinary tract infection (often seen in men who have unprotected anal sex) all seem possible.

Also, a virus called adenovirus--which is not sexually transmitted--can simultaneously cause a cold or sore throat and also urethritis.  However, this is quite rare and most likely your fever, headache, and runny nose are not related to the painful urination.

Go see a health care provider as soon as possible.  Even if your symptoms improve on their own, you need to get this checked out.

i was told it might be   cause i have a kidney infection ,   i did go   4 days without water ,    when i started drinking lots of   water   the pain  is no longer so painfull,   is it possible i have a kidney infection?

I mentioned bacterial urinary tract infection. "Kidney infection" is the same thing, in advanced form.  You almost certainly do not have a kidney infection.  And bacterial UTI is rare in men.  You probably have a urethritis due to chlamydia, gonorrhea, or other STD.  See a health care provider today.
