im sixteen. i have bumps on my penis. they are in groups and form lines.like ..... i think there spreading around my shaft. also some have hair growing out of them on my shaft. i guess i catch myself itching down there alot. i dont know if its normal but i have bumps on my sack where my hair grows out.
