infection: gonorrhea, BV?

The condom broke on October 2nd.  Partner's STD status unknown.  My status is apparently STD-free, though I did have an infection that resembled an initial herpes outbreak 4 months ago (the swab tested negative).  Before having sex, I had the beginning of an infection that I thought was from wearing tight pants and sitting in a hard chair all day at work.  So, the infection either got worse, or I picked up a new one.  A few hours after the condom broke, I took Plan B.  I have taken it once before, and didn't have any odd side effects.  A couple of days later, I had a tremendous amount of discharge that resembled a yeast infection (it was white and clumpy).  I started using Terazol and put tea tree oil around the pubic area to sooth the itch.  A day later,  the discharge was thick and yellow (some odor) and I had very sensitive and sore inner thighs.  The next day, there were traces of green in the discharge.  I noticed this late Friday, when my general practitioner's office was closed (all weekend).  On Saturday, the outer itching was all gone, but my pelvic region was sore.  Today, I woke up with very painful cramps and spotting.  The spotting, mixed with the discharge, has an orange/coral color and is thick.  So, this bleeding or "period" is 11 days early.

Background:
Age 24
Hypothyroidism (0.1 MG Eltroxin)
Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis (Spondylitis)
Psoriasis lesions: legs, elbows, scalp, face, nail pitting, occasionally pubic region
Seasonal allergies (occasional anaphylaxis- last incident was ~2 months ago)

Do I go to the hospital now? Or wait for the doctor's office to open on Tuesday (Monday is a holiday).
Does this sound like an STD?

Based on my own internet hounding, you just described all of the symptoms of gonorrhea, the coloured discharge being the key sign it is probably gonorrhea and not bacterial vaginosis (BV would smell fishy, have grey/white discharge, and sometimes bleeding).

"Gonorrhea Incubation Period

    1-14 days

Gonorrhea Symptoms in Women

strong smelling vaginal discharge that may be thin & watery or thick & yellow/green
irritation or discharge from the anus
        abnormal vaginal bleeding
possibly some low abdominal or pelvic tenderness
pain or a burning sensation when passing urine
low abdominal pain sometimes with nausea"

yes they can do full std testing and also test for vaginitis even when you have your period.

since your future fertility is possibly affected, definitely folllow up with full std testing.

Thank you.  I took your advice and skipped the hospital visit.  The discharge was green for one day.  However, I didn't go to the doctor's office either, because I'm thinking they won't swab me while I'm bleeding?  Is this a misconception?  The infection seems to be gone, but I've been spotting for 6 days now, and there are no signs of it slowing down (it's still consistent and light red).  I've heard that spotting for a day or two is normal after taking Plan B, but this seems excessive.  I'm very very fatigued from it, and my nipples feel like they are sunburned.  I plan on getting full STD testing when the spotting stops, but now I'm a bit more concerned with the effectiveness of the Plan B.  I can rule out implantation bleeding, right?

never mind - totally forgot you said std status unknown.

you'll need to follow up with your own testing. chlamydia, gonorrhea and trich anytime after 1 weeks. syphilis after 6 weeks. herpes, hiv and hepatitis after 3 months.

this isn't unusual from plan b.

at this point go and be seen and get a proper exam and testing done. no need for the ER, your regular provider is fine as this is not an emergency.

has this partner had full std testing done?
