About three weeks ago I engaged in masterbating (masturbating) while my penis head touched her anus, i began to get a strange feeling in my penis on and off during the day I have been squeezing and prodding looking for discharge but I dont see anything, could i acquire chlamydia from this and would there be a discharge if I am a man. Also could the discomfort come from me squeezing and prodding. So many sights say you could have chlamydia and not have any symptoms.

It's probably impossible to catch an STD with such brief contact with a partner's anus.  Certainly the risk is extremely low.  The symptoms you describe don't sound like any STD.  Such vague "strange feelings", tingling, and that sort of thing are typical for anxiety magnifying normal body sensations.  However, it is also true that scqueezing and prodding definitely can cause discomfort in the penis; if you keep it up, it might even cause a scant discharge of mucus.

Keep your hands off for a couple of days; just look (without squeezing) once a day, preferably in the morning.  If you notice discharge, without having to squeeze, or if sores or blisters appear on a part of your penis that came in contact with your partner's genital area or anus, see a health care provider.  If those things don't show up, you can just move on.  I don't recommend routine testing in a situation like this, if there are not symptoms.

However, people who are sexually active outside mutually monogamous relationships should have routine testing for STDs (chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV) from time to time, like once a year.  If that applies to you, you might visit your local health department STD clinic now, since it's on your mind.  But testing isn't necessary if this event if your only potential STD risk.
