I'm sorry. I cannot help you further with your testicular movement although I can assure you that it is not a sign of an STD. I will have nothing more to say about it.
As for the dermatitis, I susect it is coincidental to your sexual encounter, not due to it. Speak with a dermatologist. EWH
Very helpful, but the movement isn't just in the testicles. Its in the penis just as much. it ticks, vibrates, and literallly will pick itself up from one side to another in a flaccid state. something is always moving.I even feel a little "blip" feeling in my anus that is hard to describe. Its always 1 of the 3 areas, usually penis and testies. As far as the rash, it does clear it up most of the way, but the original "hot spot" that semi burns at times NEVER completely goes away. There is also a red bump on the head of my penis that gets better w cream, but almost NEVER completely goes away. I've never had any kind of issue down there in my life, I just don't know if anxiety can definitely cause it when I am calm most of the time that it starts to occur. I could be completely relaxed, laying down or standing up, and something starts to move. Why in my crotch tho? why not anywhere else do I have these mvovements. I do start to get anxiety once it starts to move, but I don't think my mind is nervous, hence making my groin move and tickle. I feel that the penis/testies move first, then I acknowledge it, and THEN I get anxiety. For instance I am completely relaxed now, and I can feel it ticking in my pants. I really do feel calm. Can I still have anxiety when I'm calm and not really worrying? I also get buzzing in my feet, I initially got the flu a week after exp. and a little groin pain/lower back pain. Again, that could have been depression as well. But even when I use the cream, it clears up mostly, but NEVER has the red circular spot completely gone away. EVER since this experience. Do you think I'm subconsciouly obsessed/traumatized over this issue causing it to move? I just want it to stop moving, and have a clear looking penis, and be able to focus on moving on with my life. Are you telling me a 13 week test neg. w/ prev. hsv1 I am in the clear? I noticed a woman named Grace on ur site said its only truly reliable testing after 4 months. Any other suggestions on the movement? prostatitis? etc?Or just conclude that it is anxiety...I have mild tics in my face(Tourette) and my therapist thinks it moved down to my crotch. is that possible? BTW- creams were terconazole vaginal, and the one b4 was another one for balanitis in another white/red tube.(anti-biotic)
I've ignored the movement, kept busy, on extremely high dose of anti-depressants,as well as benzodiazepams, and it still keeps on moving. Both of these symptoms rash, and slightly burning hot spot came at the same time soon after encounter. Coincidence? Or rash from the girl and anxiety from worrying sent me into tailspin? I just want the "nerves" in the groin penis/testis/anus to feel normal again. Dermatologist will be good for rash, but what about the movement? Just keep giving it time? I've been waiting 5 months w/ NO improvement??? Did I mention the 30 pound weight loss after incident? or was that just from worry too. I will follow ur advice w/ Derm and no cream, but what to do about movement? Wait it out? Lots of hot sweats and cold sweats at night in the beginning and at 4 months felt like swolling lymph nodes down below. Nose always itching, and last but not least, rashes on my index finger that comes and goes and I was afraid it was Whitlow that I had spread. Little rashes around hands and stuff too. Is it possible I did get dermatitis from this encounter? Thanks again.
thank you again Dr. Hook.
Welcome to our Forum. In terms of putting "two and two together" your math an mine do not arrive at the same conclusions. The fact is that there are both muscles an nerves which can cause the testicles to move within the scrotum. Typically this is most pronounces in response to change in temperature, pain or anxiety. There are no STDs, including herpes which do this however. In addition, symptomatic herpes is an EPSODIC disease an does not cause symptoms lasting four months.
Further, you have now been examine and tested repeatedly by a number of health care providers who are unanimous in their opinions that there is no evidence that you have herpes.
The fact that "creams" (you do not say what kind) make the rashes go away, only to return suggests to me that your rash is a dermatological problem. Thus my advice would be to stop using the creams, allow the rash to recur and then to seek the advice of a dermatologist.
Finally, I note that you are seeking information online. Please remember the power of the internet not only to inform but also to mislead. While there is much useful information available on the internet, much of it is also taken out of context or a bit unbalanced and some of it is just plain wrong. I'd advise you to stick with trained professional who can examine you directly.
I hope these comments are helpful. EWH
