irritating itchy rash just next to pubic area and around

Hi, i'm 18 years old and the night after having sex with my girlfriend for the first time(a condom was used) i woke up with an itchy rash around my pubic area, this was about 3 days ago and since then it doesn't seem to of spread at all. but a lot of the red/pinkish spots that make up the rash have developed whiteheads which seem to be filled with puss, i have noticed this when i got up today. i do not know what to do and i am understandably very worried about this, and i don't know what to do, i have shown my girlfriend and she doesn't know what it is either and insists that she didn't have anything and its not from her, we are seeing a doctor on monday about it but i would like to know in advance if these are the symptoms of any kind of STD.

You mean other than an allergic reaction to the condom or lube?

Well, you could have a bacterial infection of some kind, like staph.  You really just need to get it checked.

There isn't an std you would have gotten symptoms from that fast.  If it is an std, then its from a previous encounter.

My guess is that you are having an allergic reaction to something - maybe detergent, soap, maybe the lube on the condom.

However, since its not going away, its a good idea to get it checked.
