is it herpes?
Symptoms:
genital Warts ( non itchy,nor painful)
acne (more than usual)
hard bumps under my tongue
bumps on my lingual fraenum (in a line)
one single ulcer on my mouth (clear in 1 day)
mouth fordyce
body itchiness (mostly upper body neck, back ribs and arms with no rash)
extreme tenderness on my testicles and anus area
Cough and sore throat that made me lose most of my voice for a day (was random and lasted 5days)
muscle pains
the doc toll me it looked like hsv but i want to know if all my symptoms match with hsv

Your title says "is it herpes" but then you ask about hpv. what do you want to know?
