is it herpes

soooooo a day after shaving my pubic region i began to notice a small bump form which is has no coloration other than my skin color and it went a way for 2 weeks the next time i cleaned up it came back and this time there was another one next to it. it doesn't itch or feel sore or is raw or anything...i keep getting scared because i thought it was herpes but im pretty sure its just a ingrown hair. except the only thing is that it wont go away. but again the only reason i notice it cause i can see it.
i have a picture but i dont know who to send it to. who can inform me with their medical knowledge?

also there has been times where it has a white head on it...small amount of puss

Herpes sores go away, and don't have heads to them.

If you are concerned, just see your doc, but it sounds like shaving irritation or folliculitis.

You can google for more information, but its simply infected hair follicles.
