is it syphilis

I am a 32 male. last monday night I received oral from a female that I know to be clean. the following morning I woke up and I had a red bump on my penis shaft. I thought it was an ingrown hair because i tend to get the, just never there. I squeezed and squeezed and nothing came out. I saw something black like an ingrown hair so i tried poking it with a small needle and squeezed an nothing happened. Later on it looked almost bruised from all the squeezing.
The next few days it became like an ulcer that looked like syphilis ulcer pics from online. It had small amounts of puss that would come out and clear fluid. I applied some topical myocin to it that i have. I had received oral at a gloryhole twice in the past but that was a long time ago (more than six months ago) past the normal time of syphilis showing up (average of 21 days). I am looking for a doctor who possibly knows what this could be. Could it be syphilis? or Lymphocele from sexual trauma? Folliculitis?

Oh okay. Just trying to eliminate the probability of it being syphilis. I don't think it is, but just looking for what it might of been. Its pretty much healed up but the skin is a discolored look from where the ulcer was.
