is my lab test accurate?????

Hi Im a 34yr old male.. I was just wondering how long do I have to wait to get tested(urine) for chlamydia/gonnorhea for the test to be accurate? Im asking because my doctor gave me a urine test for the two about 3-4 days after I had unprotected sex.  The test came back negative..is this accurate?Im asking this because everywhere I look someone says something different.  Im just a little stress and paranoid so anything that moves or dont feel right I think is a std.  please help if ya could thanks....

No that is not a symptom. Symptoms of gonorrhea would be burning while urinating and/or discharge and you would have had those symptoms by now.

that was a little early for testing. if you had no symptoms though, it's totally up toyou if it's worth additional testing or not.
