is this an STD or normal for guys??

I noticed a bump a little bit smaller that a pencil eraser on the underside of my boyfriends penis, towards the top.  He told me he shaves by there since hair grows up it.  It's a little darker pink than his penis and it's kind of blister like but not totally.  It's painless and everything and I was the first to notice it.  What could it be?  Can this be normal for guys to get?  It's just one bump

he also said he has a bump like that on his leg and hair is growing out of it.  I'm not really worried, only a little bit.  I hope it's normal for guys though

Bumps can be so many different things most of the time non-STD related. Best advice is to have him see a Dr for proper diagnosis.
