is this std

Hi I been having a pain on the tip of my penis for the last week with no signs of blisters,sores,leisons it started gradually raising I got tested 10 days ago for most stds  i wnet actually to test for herpes becouse prior to this pain 2 weeks before this i was heving a tingle in the tip of my penis agin or the head but its faded a littile but still occuring i asked the doctors to do blodd test for herpes they siad they dont do blood test for herpes i am in england  i am seeing a doctor this week but i would appriciate an opinion from you about this does it sound like herpes to you?

You can get a type specific blood test in England - its just a pain to get it done sometimes.  Your GP can order it, but a GUM clinic won't do it.  

I'd doubt its herpes, though.  I'd wonder if its a prostate issue - sometimes that can cause pain in the tip of your penis.  You'd have to see your GP for a prostate exam.

hi again aunt jessi just one more question  what about this tingling thats been going on for about 3 weeks what do you think it could be can it be herpes as i said i havent had any symptoms blisters,sores etc i did test but they only did vision diagnozis they dont do blood test for herpes here in england?

No, it doesn't sound like herpes to me.  I'd ask your doctor to do a urine culture and a prostate exam.  Sometimes an inflamed prostate can cause pain in the tip of your penis.
