itch fungil or something else

After viewing your medical forum I started to wonder about my symptoms I noticed a rash on my inner thigh and tan line followed by a black patch and redness I figured it was just a rash. After some though I remembered that I had unprotected sex in early June of 07 and started to wonder if it was HIV/AIDs or maybe any STD so I went to the doctor and explained myself afterwards he recommended that I take any HIV 1&2, HCV, HBSAG, TPHA, VDRL test in according to what he saw so now in the month of August I tested Negative for any of these diseases on August 31st, 2007 and then again on September 14th, 2007 which was also negative. Then I wondered if it could be scabies or herpes maybe warts or yeast infections according to the doctor none of the above fit that description of any of these diseases. From what I can remember I did not change my underwear often like I was suppose to in June and one night at work received an outbreak of jock itching which has lead to my sever conditions today. The doctor has proscribed several ointments and capsules which have eased the itch and rash slowly. Would you be kind enough to help me out with this I am really worried about my condition. Thank you for you time.

I was just given a high doses of amoxicillan for lyme disease and fungil for yeast infection but after i took the treatment i felt worse and find myself in a situation i cant understand what went wrong if it was the antibiotics or the fungil or the combination of medication. DOes anybody know anything about these medication. I have a very bad headache and i feel very sick. I am eating yogurt but i still feel weak.
