I have been active with 4 women in the past year. I have used protection with each during intercourse but have received/given oral a time or two without protection (escort services). I have been itching lately with no rash. I have recently switched anti-depresents so I am wondering if I have an allergice reaction ot should I be converned about HIV. I have recently had blood chem work done and nothing abnormal has shown up though they didn;ttest specifically for HIV. Itchy and stressed...
You said you've used protection with all of your partners within the last yr so it's very unlikely that you got HIV from those partners, or even any STDs. Giving or receiving oral usually is not a HIGH risk for STDS; as for HIV which seems to be your main concern, it is hardly possible to transmitt the virus without blood transmision during oral. Also, you did not say where the itch is.
If it is at the tip of your penis, you should definitely get that checked up although there doesn't seem to be chance you could get infected since you've used protection during intercourse.
If you really need assurance, you can have it checked out.
