itchy foreskin than few days later a bump appears

Hi,
I have had this bump now appear in the same spot three times. It eventually goes away.
first it starts to be itchy and causes me to scratch than a few days later a small singular skin coloured bump appears, it remains the same in looks until it disappears. Does this sound like an STD? Hpv warts or herpes?

I did something I regretted and have been very paranoid since. It itched before it appears which I googled was a symptom of herpes and it's in the exact same spot which concerned me. I've also read people can just have a scratch or small bump as minor herpes, I'm also sick with a runny nose at the moment.

it seems like you have had many questions about std's recently.  why do you think everything has to be a std down yonder?

this doesn't sound like herpes or hpv going on from your description.

The bump is actually red and isn't itchy or sore once it comes and never ulcerates or anything. last sexual contact was 8 months ago and condoms were used..
