itchy left testicle

hi
i had unprotected sex a over a month ago, it has been nearly 2 weeks i have had this red rash on my left testicle which was hot and itchy, also feel it itchy on the thoghs alittle, there were a few patchy rashes on the left testicle which were itchy, not sure if they were spots looked red and maybe bumpy.

a few days later they became flatter and had dead skin on them, now its just a spread out rash but not too itchy
and is almost like weak light red skin where the rash appeared.

i have had it for nealry a month now, is this herpes? jock itch? can jock itch be passed sexually because i have never had it before and it all happened after having sex.

i have had a full std pannel and showns negative.

im worried i have caught herpes, it itches when it gets warm, so i wear loser clothing and  i try not to itch it becusse it makes it worse,
what best home care treatments can i use?

i will be going drs about it but my appointment is not till next week.

thanks

you need to be seen and get this looked at.   it doesn't sound at all like a herpes recurrence.

did you ever treat for jock itch back in april?

hi

i messaged in april about the rash, i have got the same kind of thing again just under my scrotum, between the thighs, its been burning and itching for about a week, now i can see 2 small red patches like spots and they itch alot, also my pelvic area feels itchy too,

could i really have genital herpes? i think im halfway through a flareup if it is, what would i expect from this spot to occur to know it is herpes also whens the best time to get a swab tested for it as its the weekend and clinics are closed over the week end?

this really sounds like a fungal infection going on. see your provider for a proper diagnosis.
