I am a male and i have hypospadias and so am embarrased about my penis anyway but now have an itchy penis and cannot urinate.This has been happening for years but now i have an itch as well.I get an uncontrollable itch at the tip and after rubbing it, it goes away,but it causes my penis to get a blockage, and i cannot urinate at all. i bust for the toilet but feel it flow but nothing comes out, i then strain but end up forcing a number 2, which comes out diluted sloppy as though watered down by my urine. A slight warm sensation is felt in my side (kidney area) and i get hot and sweat. after about a week i suddenly can urinate like a barrier or seal has broken and it all goes away. As i have recently been diagnosed diabetic i de-hydrate more, so drink more.I sometimes notice in the opening of the penis white like spots or blotches but apart from the itching no pain apart from trying to urinate like a burning sting when it flows to the tip. when it goes i am fine again sometimes for months. i notice masturbating seems to make it worse. if i masterbate once it starts , twice it nearly blocks but 3 times and it is totally blocked and i cannot pass urine. sex with my partner is now non existant. but because of the state of it anyway i am even more scared to go to the doctor or hospital. i think i have got a serious std, but i am so ashamed and embarrased to show my penis.

You definitely need to see a health care provider, soon. Hypospadias predisposed to infection, and your symptoms are much more likely due to repeated non-sexually transmitted infections than STD. Whatever the cause(s), it sounds like repeated infection may have resulted in urethral stricture, i.e. scarring that has narrowed the urethra. If untreated--and if it is true you are having as much trouble urinating as you describe--you will ultimately have kidney failure. (The kidneys stop working when there is chronic back-pressure due to obstructed urine flow.)
This is no time for embarrassment, and in any case there is nothing to be embarrassed about. It's just an anatomic abnormality that says nothing about you as a person. DO NOT DELAY; see a health care provider in the next couple off days.
