itchy urethra, std?

Im a 28 year old male, im circumsized. had unprotected sex. With in 24hrs! I noticed an itch in my urethra. the itch goes about a few millimeters down from the top of penis. Now it's been 5 days and it seems to get worst.

Is this to soon for symtoms (symptoms) of an std, 24hrs for claymydia, gonnorea, syphillis (syphilis)?

I was thinking maybe she had a yeast infection, im not sure how soon after symtoms (symptoms) come?

I think I have athletes foot too, maybe i got a fungul infection if i touched my feet?

you had a risk sex encounter since you didn't use condom. If you don't know the std status of your partner, your syntoms could be related with std...go doctor
