just for peace of mind...

my boyfriend and i broke up, and he hooked up with a stranger.  no sex, but mutual hand jobs.  when he was finished with her, she wiped her fluids off of his fingers (apparently she was very wet) and proceeded to give him a hand job with the same hand.  we got back together, he told me about the girl, and for peace of mind he got tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and herpes.  reading about stds online, i see hep B and syphilis are also common.  is there any risk of getting either of those from the fluid that was on her hand that touched him?

If his description of the encounter is true, he didn't get anything from the encounter you describe.  No need to retest other than you seem to be worrying about things which are astronomically unlikely to happen.
