light discoloration of penis

I recently had sex with a women and not a day later i briefly touched the head of my penis and i had a dull pain in one small area i didnt hurt unless i touched that area or brushed it..there was no discoloration at the time. I went to my hospital and they said it probably wasnt an std but they didnt look at it they just gave advice. But a few days later where the pain use to be it kinda got a little whiter and its like two small discolorations by the tip of the penis head..it doesnt hurt anymore..thats the only symtoms as well..is this an std?

I suspect that you were just feeling minor trauma to your penis head from the intercourse.
