little bums on penis with bigger bumps under then skin

i have those little bumps on my penis that are in a pattern that i know what they are
but i also have these bigger bumps under the skin also
and i am always squeezing them and sometimes there is a little white stringy stuff that comes out of this little tiny hole on the top of them
i am just wondering what these bumps are and if they will ever go away
